TWO CHANCES AT KYNETON

Two runners for us at Kyneton today with Credible Analyses and Morning Bright racing.

Credible Analyses is in the second race over 1203 metres with Brad Rawiller to ride. It is the first start this preparation for the son of Highland Reel and Mike is keen to get the four-year-old started.

“He’s come back in good order and this is a good race to get him started,” Mike said.

“The wide draw is less than ideal but he’s got an experienced rider to help him.

“He’s had a couple of jump outs and is ready to go, the scratchings have helped, he’s raced well fresh previously and with luck from the wide draw he should run well.”

Last start winner Morning Bright (pictured) is in the seventh race over 1103 metres with Mike taking advantage of Dakota Keane’s claim.

“I thought she did a good job to win on debut and it was no surprise to me as she has always shown ability,” Mike said.

“Unfortunately she too has drawn wide in a big field. She’s done well since the debut win and today is an obvious step up but she’s got the speed to cross them and that is a plus around Kyneton.

“We’ve got Dakota on to help with the weight and all things being equal I am expecting her to run well again.”
