2:45 p.m. R2 4 Time to Wonder (4 g Tarzino – Wonderworld, by More Than Ready) – Lemmy Douglas (a3); got back to last nearing home turn in the Maiden 1400 metres on 15 November at Rotorua, and receives opportunity to improve with blinkers on and weight relief to 55.5kg in the $14,000 Maiden 1600 metres. 3:20 p.m. R3 5 Phantom Dragon (3 c Highland Reel – Suziesaurus, by So You Think) – Cameron Lammas; won his first trial in August at Te Rapa, and ran home nicely in trial on 3 November at Matamata. He debuts in the $14,000 Maiden 3YO 1400 metres, relaxed type, and opportunity to produce encouraging performance. Fixed odds: $3.60 & $1.50. Pictured as weanling

3:55 p.m. R4 4 Inchaarj (4 m Iffraaj – Stray, by Tale of the Cat) – Cameron Lammas; ended first campaign finishing third in the Maiden 1600 metres on 13 May at Matamata, and resumes without a trial in the $14,000 Maiden 1400 metres. She has shown ability and while sure to improve a bold effort from barrier one would not surprise. Fixed odds: $7.00 & $2.30.

4:30 p.m. R5 10 Pure Fiction (3 f Wrote – Close To Me, by Stravinsky) – Cameron Lammas; finished fourth off economical trip when debuting in the Maiden 3YO 1200 metres on 3 November at Avondale, and contests the $14,000 Maiden 1400 metres. Blinkers on and opportunity to improve up in distance. Fixed odds: $5.50 & $2.10.

5:02 p.m. R6 14 Dragon Bubbles (3 f Almanzor – Claudine, by Lonhro) – Cameron Lammas; rounded off solidly for fourth in trial on 3 November at Matamata, and debuts in the $14,000 Maiden 1200 metres. Still growing and developing, ideal education but requires luck from wide draw (10). Fixed odds: $15.00 & $4.20.

5:34 p.m. R7 5 Order to Charge (3 g War Decree – Colonel’s Daughter, by Hinchinbrook) – Cameron Lammas; fought well with notable effort for fourth when resuming in the Maiden 1050 metres on 29 October at Matamata, given time (39 days), and contests the $14,000 Maiden 1200 metres. Still developing, but done little wrong and shapes to race well from barrier six. Fixed odds: $12.00 & $3.00.

Co-trainer Pam Gerard said: “Time To Wonder has blinkers on and although drawn wide (12) we want him attempting to go forward into a more competitive position. Blinkers have sharpened him up and he has worked well.”

“Phantom Dragon is a nice young horse having his first start. Still a work in progress, laidback, worked up well and good starting point. He has ability and we expect him to go a nice race.”

“Inchaarj resumes without a trial from barrier one. She has had a couple of decent jump outs and worked up well. She will take improvement, but nicely settled and expect to see her hitting the line.”

“Pure Fiction has good form around her debut fourth has been good. Blinkers on, worked up well, looks good, and we expect she can prove pretty competitive.”

“Dragon Bubbles is having her first start at the races. Nice starting point for a filly we expect to appreciate a longer trip as she strengthens. We have been happy with her work and hope she is running on well.”

“Order To Charge is really well and expected to race accordingly given the way he has worked. He is taking shape as a racehorse and ideally drawn (6) to secure a decent trip.”
