Co-trainer Pam Gerard said: “Praetorian has drawn wide (14) which makes it tough. We are happy with the horse. He looks fantastic and has been working well, but still lacks maturity being from a slow maturing family.”

“Inchaarj steps to a mile which we have been waiting for. She has been working well and doing everything asked of her. With the right trip she should be hitting the line well.”

“Targhee comes off a long break, but matured and looks good in her action. She trialled well to win, worked well since, and although meeting a tough field we expect her to race well.”

“Toffee remains at 1200 metres and building fitness. She has been good in her action and the race should improve her further before stepping up with more give in ground.”

“Aurora Dolce has worked well in three jump outs and resumes on home track. She has drawn wide (14) so hopefully able to find cover midfield and hit the line strongly.” Pictured
