We'll Meet Again (NZ)

One of the most remarkable wins ever in the Epsom Derby was that by Pour Moi in 2011 when the son of Montjeu showed an electrifying turn of foot to come from last to win England's Blue Riband. With his first crop from shuttle duties in New Zealand out as yearlings this year, we were hopeful of finding one to add to our haul and found it in the shape of this colt from an excellent international female line.

This tall colt belied his sire's medium stature and we could easily crystal-ball gaze what this athletic individual with scope will develop into. His dam's best performer to date has won six races up to 2800m while her half brother Hume is a Group winner at 2200m.

This is a branch of "Blue Hen" broodmare Eight Carat's female line which has produced this year's thus far unbeaten York Dante Stakes (G2) winner and current favourite for the Epsom Derby, Golden Horn, whose third dam Loralane is this colt's fourth dam.
